Main restaurant – the heart of the gastronomy
The main restaurant in the Lufthansa Training & Conference Centre Seeheim has room for up to 400 guests. Long tables are arranged in a manner designed to encourage communication. An above-average degree of individualisation in the choice of meals is a part of the gastronomic concept in the free-flow area. “Front Cooking” with a grill station and a classic pizza oven, and a selection of fresh pasta dishes and salad stations round off the offer.
